This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Rosecrans-Sepulveda Partners 3, LLC, the owner and developer of Plaza El Segundo (“PES”), treats personal information that Plaza El Segundo collects or receives from you on its website (“Site”). Throughout this Policy, we refer to the ownership entity as “RSP,” “we,” and “us.” RSP recognizes the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. We are committed to the protection of your personal information. Our policy is intended to protect your privacy with regard to any personal information that you may provide to us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that RSP does not own or control or to people that RSP does not employ or manage.

We collect personal information about you whenever you transact business with us, use our products or services, enter contests or drawings offered by us, or visit our Site. The collection of this information enables us to provide superior service to our tenants and customers, to keep you apprised of information and developments that you may find of interest, and to allow us to better understand your needs. When you become a registered user of plazaelsegundo.com, and particularly when you subscribe to Plaza El Segundo’s E-mail Newsletter service, we ask for your name, e-mail address, street address, gender and interest areas. Your name, e-mail address, street address, gender and interest areas constitute the “Private Information” to which this Policy applies.

Also, on the send to a friend feature, when a user submits their personal information and their friends personal information, we do not store this data. Instead we store a timestamp in order for us to verify if/when the tool has been used. We do this primarily for tracking purposes.

• Tell a friend about an e-mail that you may receive from us.
• Stay in Touch –PES invites users to sign-up for an e-mail newsletter in order to receive current information about PES. Users will receive general emails as well as targeted emails with pertinent information based on their interest.

The information collected about you that is held or used in connection with the Site will be collected by RSP, its representatives, agents and/or assigns.

Information retained about you (for example, your E-mail Newsletter subscription) is stored in a secure database in which only the authorized administrator on the account can access the data.

If you wish to review or change your personal information, or if you not longer want RSP to maintain your information, please send your request to webmaster@plazaelsegundo.com, and we will comply with your request, and endeavor to do so within five (5) business days.

We understand how important it is to keep your personal information private, so we will disclose personal information we have about you only in certain specific circumstances, when:

• You agree to the disclosure; or
• We use it for marketing activities for Plaza El Segundo and ongoing development of the center with our Property Manager and our affiliates; or
• Disclosure is required or authorized by law.

We may also collect the following information during your visit:

• The fully qualified domain name from which you accessed our site, or alternatively, your IP;
• The date and time you accessed each page on our website;
• The URL of any webpage from you accessed our site (the referrer); and
• The web browser that you are using and the pages you accessed.

We use this information so that we can tell which pages are the most popular, and where shoppers spend most of their time. We use this information to improve our site.

You will only receive e-mails from plazaelsegundo.com if:

• You subscribe to our E-mail Newsletter service. Our E-mail Newsletter will keep you informed of newly opened stores and leasing transactions, and in-store activities or special promotions or events. If you no longer wish to receive E-mail Newsletters, you may unsubscribe at the prompt at the bottom of such email or by sending an e-mail to webmaster@plazaelsegundo.com.
• A friend nominates you to receive a page from the Plaza El Segundo site
• You request information about Plaza El Segundo when you choose to contact us.

While we take steps to guard your privacy as described in this Policy, no data transfer over the Internet is 100% secure. When you share your information with us, it is at your own risk. There are many ways you can help to maintain the secrecy of your information:

• Always close your browser when you have finished your user session
• Ensure others cannot access your personal information and e-mails, if you use a public computer.

Our Policy is posted on our Site. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time without notice. Should any new Policy become effective, RSP will post the changes to this Site. We will provide you with five (5) business days notice to review the new policy. You will have the right to opt out during this five-day period; the user may also opt out at anytime thereafter. The new policy will, thereafter, control the manner in which we handle private information.

The laws of the State of California, without reference to any choice of law provisions, will govern any claims relating to the materials on our website.
